Are your products RoHS, REACH and California Proposition 65 compliant?Yes, our products comply with RoHS, REACH and CA Prop 65. However, products made with Barium Ferrite magnetic powder cannot pass EN-71-3 (Toy Safety Standard). All other products meet this requirement.

Can your magnetic sheets be printed on? Which printing methods are supported?We primarily support UV flatbed printing and screen printing. Offset printing is also possible, but may require a primer depending on the ink system.

What surface finishes / laminates are available?We offer multiple lamination options: OPP, PET, PVC, or uncoated (bare) magnetic sheet.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?MOQ depends on the specific product. Please send your requirements to our sales team, and they will confirm accordingly.

Do you provide samples?We offer free existing stock samples, but the courier cost is to be covered by the customer. Custom samples requiring new tooling will incur additional mold charges.

What are your payment terms?We require a partial deposit upfront, with the balance paid before shipment.

Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?We are a direct factory. From magnetic powder compounding, calendaring, extrusion, die-cutting, printing to packaging — all processes are completed in-house.

How do you guarantee product quality and magnetic performance?We control quality through triple inspections (in-line QC, final QC, and pre-shipment photo confirmation). Magnetic performance indicators such as pull force (g/cm²), suction force, and surface magnetic flux density (Gauss) vary by specification.
